Loose leaf & ink -comfortable soul

Finding me again.
In a place that's unfamiliar.
Not afraid to take Caution.
Finding me again in the soup that I drink and the vegetables I eat- Oh soothing.
The waters sinking now that I'm finding me again.
A nice book & cool Jazz , there's where I find me again.
The parks! Oh how I wish I could take a walk around the nice bend in Central,but my dreams will only take me there to find me again.
Indignity of those I called my "friends" .
Those so called 'friends" are helping me find me again.
Indestructible behind my outer layer where they will try & find me again.
Only a reputable soul will sense the debt inflamed within she, she being me.
Where I find me again.

Agony relief.

I was recently in a car Accident Friday July 22,2011 & I suffer from a back injury. While going through this traumatic time in my life; I choose Miso soup as a remedy for my pain relief.
I must say it's such a soother with it's high vitamin count and respectful for a vegan intake.
